Process and Policy:

Design Proposal - Production - Review - Confirm - Launch

DESIGN PROPOSAL - Together creating a vision by collecting exact details, mapping out a website layout and solidifying design concepts by phone meeting or meeting. This includes one contact person.

Things to think about to prepare for Design Proposal: Domain Name (Username and Password from a Registrar)
Colors, look and feel
Logo sent in high resolution format. Logo creation will be extra charge.
Examples of websites you like or dislike
Navigation style, top or side
List of pages (ex: home, about us, location)

PRODUCTION - After the Design meeting, production is the creative process in which In Mind Designs begins creating the framework of your website. The logo must be ready at this time. During this time you will begin gathering content for each page in your website (text in word format, images in digital format).

REVIEW - Now is the time when you get to review the design layout. Any necessary revisions will be made. Revisions to be sent by email or written format. All content due at this time.

CONFIRM - Design Approval. Once the design is approved begins the actual building of the website. All content provided will now be added.

LAUNCH!!! - Once the website is built and all content has been added, your NEW website goes live!
